ABOUT ME    
 
 
Yoga has helped me to know about myself more deeply. It has given me strength, peace of mind, more flexibility, and better health. However, the most important quality it has brought to my life is Positive Thinking.

Initially, like other people, I also used to question strength of yoga. I would say, What's yoga? Just bending the physical body from one direction to another or a kind of slow form of gymnastics, but I was wrong. As we all know, Yoga is an art millions of years old developed by the Sadhus (Sants) of India. These holy men realised themselves, the supreme energy and discovered the truth about this universe. Swami Vishnudevananda, the first Hatha Yoga teacher, has described 5 principles of yoga which can be easily understood and integrated into the lives of people in the modern world.
1. Proper exercise
2. Proper breathing
3. Proper relaxation
4. Proper diet
5. Positive thinking and meditation
 
Through Yoga I want to see this world become healthy and peaceful. Today, life is fast, restlessness and busy and people hardly know about what they actually want to have and do with their live. I hope to help them and bring light to them by teaching the ancient art called Yoga.

I graduated with the title "Yoga Acharya", Master of Yoga. Since then I have been teaching this ancient science to my students.
