Yoga has helped me a lot to know about myself. It has given me strength, peace of mind, more flexibilty, and better health and the most important thing is The Positive Thinking. Iniatially like other people I also used to think what's yoga just bending physical body from one directions to another directioin or a kind of slow Gymnastic, but I was wrong.
